Standard shipping takes 8-11 days to arrive in the US. Express shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive in the US. Free shipping is available when your subtotal is more than $150 worth of merchandise. Q4 What is the difference between neoprene and latex?

Neoprene

This is a non latex material that is soft, stretchy, and breathable. Neoprene waist trainers are good for those that want to feel comfortable, secure, and less restricted while still being able to shape the waist. This is also good for individuals that may have a latex allergy.

Latex

This is a rubber like material that is often used on clothing and garments, especially waist trainers. The latex materials has the ability to shape the waist and create an hour glass figure. This is recommended to individuals that want a tight or snug fit around the waist.

Q5 How do I know what size to choose?

If you are between sizes, choose the next size up for the best fit. When deciding on a waist trainer, it's best to choose based on the size of the waist.

Q6 How do I wash my waist trainer?

To wash your waist trainer, hand wash with soap and water. Always make sure to hang dry. Never hang your waist trainer on or near a heating source. This will cause shrinkage and could likely bring damages to the stitching!

You should be washing your waist trainer daily. At least 2-3 times a week.
